Chic of the early twentieth century

The building was erected between 1910 – 14. It preserved II World War in a good condition, although its southern outbuilding did not survive the war. Despite the overhaul, which covered part of the original façade has been preserved to present days with beautiful and original architectural details – moldings cordons, crowning, attic and bas-relief satyr’s head above the entrance, as well as metal details – wrought iron railings. The building was covered by the records of monuments.

On a side street just off the Grzybowska St.  is being restored building Waliców 17. It is located in the Wola – the fastest growing district in Warsaw. Its location guarantees a very good communication with the entire Warsaw. In the immediate surroundings we have a lot of stops bus and tram and easy access to the Metro II line. Large supply of offices in the area guarantees a very good investment.

Tenement slowly regains its pre-war brilliance – Warsaw Attics company conducted a comprehensive renovation of 11 units, which is to hammer old plaster and execution of new renders and screeds, new installations, the insertion of new wooden windows and anti-burglar door.
